This custom built home was completed and furnished in April 2005. It offers a relaxing setting on a corner lot with spectacular mountain views.

Casa Colima is decorated in a comfortable modern theme. Its living room with a gas fireplace looks out to the salt-water pool, spa with waterfall and patio. The courtyard and patio is surrounded by a perimeter privacy wall high enough to afford a very private setting but still allowing for the mountain views to be enjoyed from both indoors and out.

Kitchen grill

The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters is open to the dining area and adjacent to the outdoor dining area with built-in gas grill. The generously sized master with slider to the pool area has a bath with jetted spa tub and separate shower all finished in slab travertine marble. There is a second and third bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom and living room has televisions with cable and DVD players. There is a computer with high speed wireless service, fax and free long distance telephone within the US and Canada. The home has travertine marble floors throughout except for the carpeted bedrooms, ten-foot high ceilings and a two-car garage.
